Set up Nexism to run against current go-SSB and new go-SSB.

Figure out Nexism to see if it does work to run. Will help reduce manual testing.

I attempted to look at netsim but I couldn't even get ssb-fixtures to run. I will continue in the future.

@boreq tried once, didn't get it working, but this didn't get working. Would be good to have working to test raptor. Coordinate with other ssb folks to get it working and then eventually to setup a public infrastructure to test all the ssb implementations.
