Add support for displaying and creating gatherings #806

Other ssb apps create gatherings and they'd be useful to support in Planetary.

We should add support for creating, updating, and displaying gatherings. That includes marking attendance, editing, writing, setting times, etc.. .

This needs design, and implimentation.

To consider, putting the gathering information IN THE GATHERING MESSAGE instead of the about message, which is insane.
