Fix page reload / routing #43

We cant reload or route to pages like this:

Example: https://civic.love/profile/@xuw3I0S9frG8selUqbPx712E7QM8LwX5rFpRIzgHqx4=.ed25519 gives a 404

[x] update nginx config
[x] OR update go-ssb-room to route 404's to the index.html
[x] the vue-router will require routes to append a / to the end e.g. https://civic.love/profile/@xuw3I0S9frG8selUqbPx712E7QM8LwX5rFpRIzgHqx4=.ed25519/
