finish the UI for creating an account with fauna as a backend

[ ] must have an invitation, b/c we are using a remote-first strategy here

First iteration

[x] implement 'root' passwords — passwords created by the website admin, not another user
[x] when you join the site, should see posts of other root users
[x] should validate the profile msg on the server
