Build Conda Package #39

Fixes #38

Update pyside to 1.2.4 and package for anaconda

uhhg I forgot to update the head of my branch of my master branch before I created a new branch. woops sorry the extra commits

2 problems: 1) planetaryimage must be an anaconda package first...probably pvl as well. 2) travis is not being very nice and I cannot figure out what is happening right now...I'll come back to it later...
