added november meeting stub #194

There still seems to be confusion about meeting times. Since day light savings time is now in effect, PST and MST times are not the same. The schedule on the meetings page says 1pm MST and in the notes announces it as 1pm PST. It cannot be 1pm PST and MST. Can you please clarify.

@KrisBecker yeah lets stick with the times here 1PM PST, so that's 2PM AZ. I'll update the readme.

Updated to make it explicitly just say 1PM AZ time.
