SRTP support #1

Would it be possible to add SRTP support? Many users that use the homebridge-foscamcamera plugin reporting the camera stream stops working since iOS 10.1 as STRP is needed.

I’m working on adding this in as per SRTP RFC. If the dev is still active and interested, please reach out, otherwise I can create a separate project for it.
