quickpwn 2.1 always crash (win XP)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Quickpawn 2.1 my iphone 3g(2.1) with any firmware
2. install itune 7.XX or keep 8 doest chane anything
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
see pix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win XP pro sp2.

Please provide any additional information below.
i tried everything , reinstall all , restore all ends up the same..

the quickpayn i downladed turned out to have missing files (firmware folder),
donloaded from another source worked fine.
