Add group security integration via databaseSecurityClient #2

currently an example geoserver.xml is installed at /etc/exchange/geoserver.xml

Need to test and configure the /var/lib/tomcat8/webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/classes/org/geonode/security/geonode_authorize_layer.sql file with the geoserver.xml
