Provide sample endpoints with SRS Param #3

Need to figure out how to both ask for feature results in a different projection from the source and also to specify the bbox in a different projection. The following URL doesnt seem to work. I still get all the results and they are in 4326 (source projection).

http://192.168.1.22:8000/features/ne/populated_places?bbox=-14973572.3826,2515578.49268,-8752906.58246,6689151.901&srs=EPSG:900913
