rename monitor-console module to mapmeter #19

Maybe "monitor-mapmeter" ? I think the packages should be renamed as well.

I figured that potentially moving forward the extension might include more than just the monitor plugin. That and my love of shorter names :)

+1 on the package rename as well, happy to include if you don't think it will be too much of a headache to change?

Ok.

Probably not much of a headache to rename, but definitely not critical for packaging. But that can be a separate ticket and done later. Can you create a new ticket and assign it to me?
