GSR should advertise title and abstract for layers #46

The GSR spec supports title and abstract for layers. These should be made available through the service.

Should contain title, abstract, source, date

I'm not seeing 'date' and 'source' in the Esri docs. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/index.html#/Layer_Table/02r3000000zr000000/

Can you point me at an example of a layer that includes these fields?

Hi guys. I figured now that we're at the end of the project that it would be a good time to create a GitHub account! So, I am confused on the requirements for this. The layer name and what I think is called abstract in GeoServer already map to the name and description fields in GSR. Is this related to the metadata links?
