Add support to enable a single click anonymous configuration workflow from the geoserver admin.

@jdeolive - if you have a sec, can you this a quick scan to see if anything jumps out at you?

Looks pretty good to me Rob, not much to comment on. One thing that jumped out was lack of copyright/license on the source files... but that is a problem for a lot of files in other modules as well. We should probably address that at some point, along with a uniform change over to the com.boundlessgeo package namespace.

Cool, thanks! I'm happy to add a copyright to each file and do a package rename in bulk in separate pull requests.
