please note that a large part of this commit is adding the ExtJS TreeGrid UX to the examples directory.

Thanks for the great work @bartvde. I merged the pull request because it doesn't affect other components. I have only two comments/concerns, maybe they can be easily addressed:

The swatches of parent node and children do not align exactly in Safari.
I'm not sure if it is good to hide the child swatches when the child is unchecked.

@ahocevar I'll look into the alignment issue.
