Labels missing in some layers #13

As viewing the maps, I noticed some labels were missing. More specifically, some county labels are missing in the DC area.

I notice that not all Census blocks are labeling when zoomed in tight enough that you would expect them to display. Also, I notice that Place boundaries are overlabeling..eg...Washington city
