Not multi-buildpack compatible. #1

While attempting to use this buildpack in conjunction with python-buildpack as per the "CF Integration" portion of the readme I get the following error: **ERROR** Unable to run all buildpacks: Failed to run all supply scripts: fork/exec /tmp/downloads091772872/11bcbe177a6bb2d30bcab805b93a938a/bin/supply: no such file or directory

According to Cloud Foundry (via their #buildpacks slack channel) osgeolib-buildpack is missing a supply script and is therefore incompatible with multi-buildpack.

By using an older version of multi-buildpack this can still be used: https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/multi-buildpack#v0.1.1
