Modifying an attribute, change the geometry too #8

I didn't ivestigated if it's a QGIS problem or a GeoGig problem of plugin problem, but...

modifying a simple attribute from a layer and committing the changes, results that the detail of the change shows that the gemoetry is changed too. The geometries seems equals also magnifing them => seems not a problem with default QGIS snapping.

Seems a geogig or plugin problem because geometry are identical
