Add feature is not traked by GeoGig #9

Adding a feature does not ask for commit, probably due to the fact that "geogidid" field is NULL ceating the feature.

Add feature does not work if editing is closed using "Toggle editing" button. In case I do Save => the commit trigger is activated, then I can toggle editing off

as stated by victor the plugin is not triggered to arrive to this event handler: https://github.com/boundlessgeo/qgis-geogig-plugin/blob/master/src/geogig/tools/layertracker.py#L61

the error was that rollback was set and not unset in case of no changes
