Remember url/local repo folder in tests dialog #91

Sometimes is needed to run tests with Tester plugin in batches rather than all in one go. This makes necessary entering a of times the URL and local repo folder if the default ones are not correct for the testing environment being used. If possible to remember the last ones used this would be very nice.

This is not really a geogig plugin issue. It's a tester plugin one.

I added that feature in here:
