Publishing a layer to GeoServer then GeoNode does not take into account geonode postgis integration #130

Using the current workflow, publishing to GeoNode is done in two steps: first publishing to GeoServer and then hitting the updatelayers endpoint of GeoNode to refresh the layers but this as for consequence that the layer is adapted as a shapefile and it bypasses the GeoNode Postgis integration when enabled.
