QGIS Opengeo Explorer: After deleting a catalog, still see the refresh button #157

After deleting a catalog, the refresh button is still shown in the opengeo plugin window (Would expect the add button instead) refresh

(Tested on OS X 10.10 and Windows 7, QGIS 2.6.1)
