Rename the plugin to be less ambiguous #58

I noticed on http://qgis.boundlessgeo.com/opengeo/ that the plugin is currently named 'OpenGeo' and that in @volaya's presentation it was referred to as 'OpenGeo explorer'.

In the interest of clarity and consistency, we should probably name it 'OpenGeo Suite Explorer' or 'OpenGeo Explorer'.

What do you think @volaya? @jj0hns0n?
