Table from "layer list" and from "attributes table" widgets do not show the same controls

In the latter it seems are missing the "delete" and "edit" icons is possible to see in the former:

table_icons

I'm seeing them in both @gioman selection_253

@bartvde correct, with the latest master is ok.
