Table of attributes header and horizontal scrolling bar should always be visible #338

when opening the table the header with column name disappear if the user scrolls vertically the table the columns name "disappear" and its sametimes hard to understand at what attribute we are looking at.

Moreover if the table is wide horizontal scrolling is necessary to see column on the right side of the table, but the scrolling bar is only available if scrolling the table vertically to the bottom... so if a user wants to see the rightmost column of the first table he/she has to scroll all the way down, scroll all the way left and again all the way up.

We've discussed adapting the page size based on the available table height
