visibility of raster layers cannot be modified with layer list #383

when clicking on the eye icon, it doesn't have any effect

@volaya it is indeed sometimes very tricky... same for the "?" icon for the queries/filters help....

@volaya is this still the case with SDK master?

I cannot reproduce this, so closing. Please reopen with a test case if you can still reproduce.
