Compiled webapps in tester plugin (manual tests) are blank #396

Firebug says

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://localhost/build/app-debug.js" app-debug.js "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://localhost/loader.js" loader.js "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://localhost/build/app-debug.js" app-debug.js ReferenceError: ol is not defined

examples attached.

Compiling webapps from WAB (not tester plugin) seems ok.
