cannot install plugin from dev repo #397

Plugin installation failed:Failed to unzip the plugin package. Probably it's broken or missing from the repository. You may also want to make sure that you have write permission to the plugin directory: C:/Users/boundless/.qgis2/python/plugins

other plugins can be installed normally (from dev repo)

the plugin folder is created, upon QGIS restarts WAB is tagged is invalid as missing the metadata file.

@volaya this is still an issue that of course must be solved if we want to release the plugin :) adding here in cc @elpaso even if it will not be very happy :)

Since this is a very strange issue, maybe we should try putting it in another repo just for tests? maybe the Beta one?
