"draw feature" stopped to work #407

Compiled webapp, seen using apache on the 3 major browsers

it affects also "add layer > create new layer"

as said editing for wfs-t works fairly well, but the moment a layer is added via "add layer > create new layer" then is also not possible anymore to edit wfs-t layers.

I cannot reproduce this in quickview, is this in compiled apps only? @gioman can you attach a zip file otherwise?
