Point Symbol Diferences in browsers

this was get with the points test

Left is QGIS 2.18.10, right is resulting App in EDGE

From to to bottom:

• square renders as a circle
• the symbol looks stretched in QGIS
• Dash border not showing in Browser
• SVG symbols appear in QGIS with a huge black ouline (this is probably a problem when converting project from 2.14 to 2.18, if you set some outline and then remove it, it works fine)
• Circle edges seem trimmed in browser

Note, this is not an EDGE problem only, other browsers show the same differences.

All should be fixed except:

"2". it's an alignment issue, probably tricky to fix. I guess it's something we can assume "5". Circles are being drawn by OL3, so looks like the problem is on the OL side
