WAB is frozen temporarily when user login with WAB Opened

To reproduce:

open WAB without entering your conenct credentials
- try to create/compile the app (it will complain that you need to log in into connect
- Login in connect without closing WAB
- Click the CReate App again

Nothing happens, and WAB seems to freeze for a while, I needed click the close button several times until it closes the window.
