separating questions and answers #37

I've separated the answers out into their own pages. This makes it easier as the instructor to keep all the questions on screen and walk around to watch people work on them, rather than have the answers displayed simultaneously.

There's still a few minor things I want to update after having presented the training, but they're unrelated, so I'll create a separate pull request afterwards.
