incomplete state of output node #153

After having run the process, should the output node have a solid border @eshon ? I can't recall the wireframes saying anything about the output node's style.

Sorry the wireframes didn't say. I think showing a solid border result when run makes sense.

When clicking on the result node, the right "Result" tab should be shown.

currently I am not storing the output of all processes that have been run, only the last one, so incorporating the last comment won't be trivial

I don't want to get into the habit of storing the response of all the executes now, since this can easily get out of sync with the inputs and lead to confusion.
