Run Process button obscures other buttons in the header #194

I see it's dependent on the width of the browser window, but there's a lot of margin on the right side.

Changing the browser width moves the button back and forth, while the other buttons remain fixed.

in the wireframes the run process button right side needed to be aligned with the right panel's left.

I'll change it so that it's the left side of the button that gets aligned.
