Zoom to extent icon is rendered incorrectly #199

I see from other documentation that the Zoom to Extent icon should be a grid of nine blocks, but it looks like three exclamation points on my machine. (Win 7, Firefox).

Also, even rendered correctly, is that a standard way of denoting Zoom to Extent? GeoExplorer's icon makes more intuitive sense to me...

not going to do anything about this one right now (this is the same way node-red does it), moving to FUTURE milestone.

It's a character from the Glyphicons Halflings font.

What I am going to do is add a tooltip (title) to the anchor though to make this more clear.

I'll see if I can reproduce the icon issue in a Win VM later.
