Jekyll Starter Kit is a command line tool (yeoman generator) that create Jekyll Progressive Web App boilerplate. A Progressive Web App uses modern web capabilities to deliver an app-like user experience.

Here is a checklist that breaks down all the things Google think it takes to be a Progressive Web App.
