QGIS Plugin options are greyed out #141

I am using QGIS 3.36 in Windows 10 and installed the QGIS plugin without problems. When I try to log in, the options are greyed out:

I don't know if is something related to my network. Do you know how I can solve this issue?

The options were active when I logged in in the Planet Explorer Toolbar. It was hidden because I had too many toolbars active.
