Description

Due to the specifics of COMPOSE and DECOMPOSE some other transaction types were adjusted as well. Read through PRP9 and rewrite affected parts accordingly.

CREATE can consume DECOMPOSE outputs
All inputs are consumed by COMPOSE / DECOMPOSE
