Trigger a full page reload after updating the profile #43

Because we disabled refetchOnWindowFocus in next-auth, the hack for reloading the session doesn't work anymore so a full page reload is necessary after updating the profile.

Will investigate further if there are any workarounds, there is a discussion open in next-auth https://github.com/nextauthjs/next-auth/discussions/3953 but no real progress for now.
