Implement View -> Hide/Show Sidebar in Browser and Analytics Applications #109

The sidebar visibility is saved in state and toggles via the Hide/Show Sidebar option of the view menu.

If no libraries are connected, the sidebar is disabled- hidden, and not able to be shown.

If show sidebar is true, the sidebar is made visible when the first library is connected to.
