4 months ago how would i even get started tho, everything seems pretty much complicated. and there arent really basic "tutorials" on it.

4 months ago You keep showing me a guide and video, but where do I get a free server? I don't understand anything the installer adds, I'm sorry if I sound rude. However, the guide is not "beginner" friendly.

4 months ago Once again, I have never done anything like this. I don't go into the field of servers/vps/ssl as they are confusing to me.

4 months ago If the installer is still too complicated, I can't help you
It couldn't be easier than the installer, which not only installs planka, but also takes care of the security of the server
There are no free servers, only cheap ones
My recommendation: https://www.hetzner.com/de/cloud/
so im trying to install planka (based off this: https://github.com/plankanban/planka/issues/184) and i ran "sudo -u www-data npm install". afterwards the installation worked for like half of it and midway it stopped.
some background info; I have never ever done anything related to this. so I tried to get planka running on a vps from amazon (aws). it has 1 gb ram, maybe bc of that? any suggestions?
