Analysis "Add 0 for not observed": Trophic type issue. #25

Too many zeroes are added. Maybe related to trophic type or SFLAG.

Check if this still is a problem. May be fixed because of the new trophic type replacement at import.

Added checkbox for 'Include trophic types' to be used when adding zero values.

Does not work as expected. More tests needed.
