This still looks like a masterview system but has a different api. https://pdonline.frasercoast.qld.gov.au/#/applications/details?id=1010582. Probably worth checking that something similar is at another council before we implement this.

It's also possible that they've developed something for themselves that looks a bit like masterview. I can't quite tell.

I'm going to guess that this is not masterview and will need to be a custom scraper. However it looks like it has a nice simple API which should be relatively easy to scrape.
