This one still needs adding to Technology One scraper.. Uses same base URL Stirling entry has - ie. starts "onlineservices." https://onlineservices.stirling.wa.gov.au/eProperty

Could copying Stirling's be place to start? Note Stirling has just moved theirs so maybe do this first.

Ugh. So, Launceston looks to doing something different than every other authority using Technology One. Everyone always thinks they're so special and has to do things differently because... well, just because.

So, it looks like they're just publishing things on notice and they've hidden away a general search tool. So, our normal "multiple" scraper won't work here. Either we adapt the multiple scraper to work with this (I guess if we find any other authorities doing something similar) or we write a custom scraper for this one. Oh joy.
