Morph reports same runtime error as Stirling #914

So looks like they've moved from https://eproclaim.manningham.vic.gov.au/eProperty to https://manningham-web.t1cloud.com/T1PRDefault/WebApps/eProperty

@mlandauer Please try replacing URL in the authorities file

at line 73 " replace url: "https://eproclaim.manningham.vic.gov.au/eProperty" with url: "https://manningham-web.t1cloud.com/T1PRDefault/WebApps/eProperty"

I checked the last DA we have listed on Planning Alerts from a month ago, to get to it now go to https://manningham-web.t1cloud.com/T1PRDefault/WebApps/eProperty/P1/eTrack/eTrackApplicationDetails.aspx?r=P1.WEBGUEST&f=$P1.ETR.APPDET.VIW&ApplicationId=PVN24%2f0014

so to me it looks like just a change of subdomain and extra path for cloud server

The current placeholder URL now goes to a fairly useless place in their portal but they do have a good starting point if we can't point people directly or they want to find something else at Manningham: https://www.manningham.vic.gov.au/property-and-development/view-planning-applications-portal
