Essentially, it looks like we're picking up new ones and the data throughput looks consistent with recent past on Planning Alerts authorities page, as well as nice reporting of new DAs on morph's scraper output report

I'm going to say it's good, though I haven't deeply checked current council listings vs what's new on PA. That's because the currently advertised are a hodgepodge of applications put in at different times that have likely gone through revisions: there's not an easy way to only pick out those that have been recently applied for and are on public notice.
