Services: Add ISRC to arrangment information

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Trying to build a tool to synchronize our services/music library with spotify playlists. Having access to the ISRC of songs (where a non-default arrangment is availble) would help with auto-populating the correct songs, because fuzzy matching on name/artist doesn't always work.

Describe the solution you'd like Include the ISRC in the payload for arrangements.

Our team looked into this, and unfortunately we are unable to offer ISRC at this time.
