Create Giving Labels via the API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to create a label via the API. Right now I can look up a label, but I cannot create one.

Describe the solution you'd like POST, PATCH and DELETE for labels.

Hi @michaelhvisser, thank you for writing in about this. I've created a ticket for this in our internal tracking system and will discuss it with the team soon.
