Is there a (cheap) hardware that allows to forward eduroam without its complicate protocol? #3

We want to use eduroam because, if possible, we do not want to buy a sim and pay a subscription. There should be a hardware, secured in a secure locker, that allows to forward eduroam. Using the credentials in each device would expose them and is not considered.
