bootstrap-vue support #10

hi,

thank you for this package.

i'd like to add support for bootstrap-vue (https://bootstrap-vue.js.org) which is based on bootstrap4.

as i work in bootstrap-vue, i am limited both to Vue and to Bootstrap4. currently i'm getting messy results (visually).

am i right in understanding that bootstrap4 support was removed? (even if not, i'm not sure it would help me with bootstrap-vue)

are there any guidelines to adding support for a specific css suite?

any further information will be appreciated.

bootstrap 4 is just added yesterday and is not well tested at that moment.

v7.7.2 should be good with bootstrap 4, and the online demo can show bootstrap 4 theme now.
