Reverts plantbreeding/BrAPI#613

I misunderstood and prematurely merged @daveneti comment (One-dimensionalization of data models #613).

We need to finalize and test the patch and work on the other PR first (Changed name to Species to OntologyTerm, removed DbIds not in 2.1 mod… #616)
